- Analytics data, only if you accept cookies. Google Analytics collects pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It uses cookies and a randomly generated identifier.
- Information you send us. If you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number or email and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your address for a service visit.
This website has no forms and no user accounts. We do not collect payment information on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to you and provide locksmith service.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To comply with California locksmith law, which requires us to keep certain job records, including proof of identity and residence for lockout work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use these service providers:
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) for website statistics, only after you accept cookies.
- WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. Their own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
- Our website host, which processes standard server logs such as IP address to deliver the site securely.
We may disclose information when required by law.
